Human irresponsibility
Your predicament is indeed a paradox. On the one hand, it is clear that you love cats and want the best for them. On the other hand, the cats are becoming a menace, and it seems that the only way would be to cut the feeding of stray cats by good Samaritans. Indeed, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. I think this is mostly a policy issue. The local government is tasked with ensuring the welfare of stray animals so that they do not become a nuisance to people. If you see people having to feed stray animals, it implies that the government has failed in its role. I think you should talk to your neighbors first and forge a way forward on the cat issue. Simultaneously, you should keep following government lines and get them to act on the issue. The need for a healthy living environment for both animals and people cannot be underestimated

This task has shown that indeed possible to effect change even as an ordinary citizen. Roads are critical to America as they are the primary mediums of transport. With the technological advancement in road design and vehicle design, it is surprising that there are still many road accidents that cost precious American lives. Human irresponsibility has a significant role to play in accidents, and because this is hard to control, it follows that stakeholders ensure that the latest techniques for avoiding accidents are used. I commend you on taking up responsibility and seeking the right channels of addressing this issue. The mayor is the best placed to effect this change as they are in charge of the overall urban facilities of a town. Road safety is vital, and it is essential to feel safe while driving.
