Executives and employees in organizations sometimes might be demotivated due to the things they face in their roles. The article aims to examine the solutions which might increase or decrease the motivation of the administrators in their operations(Cebeci and Caganaga, 2019). The authors applied a qualitative technique to gain facts about their research. They examined that there are many parameters derived from the environmental and public themes which have negative or positive impacts on the administrator’s motivation. When administrators in an organization are motivated, the positive results benefit the entire company. The motive might help employees schools and also the people outside the organization(Cebeci and Caganaga, 2019). Administrators are just normal human beings, and they have feelings, goals, and responsibilities. When they are motivated, this might cause the organizational success and workers become productive. Motivation is a complex term, and many people apply it. Everyone within the organization ether the management, staff, and any other person in association with the company needs to feel motivated in one way or another. For people to offer productive impacts, there must be an incentive in their work. For example, customers are motivated to purchase the product due to many things like quality products and good services. For instance, as in the incident of the administrators, they perform well after been motivated. When employees are motivated, this does not mean they will benefit themselves a bit to both customers and the entire organization at large. Motivation is, therefore, applicable in various ways, just as explained in the article. Its inevitable term when the company anticipates success. Thus, both terms emphasize the importance of motivation and how it can be applied in various places to motivate people.
Motivationsomtimess, its extrinsic, meaning that external forces motivate people, other people of incidents happening around them. Motivation can also be intrinsic, meaning that it comes from oneself. For example, if someone wants to do better in their exams, they must work hard for them to attain their desired goal. Motivation, therefore not a must for it to occur within an organization but can happen even for the individuals themselves if they want a positive change. Organizations, on the other hand, should be cautious about how it tries to motivate its employees or anyone within the company. When not done in the right way can affect company performance because it can cause conflicts that might negatively affect the company. Individuals in various personal activities like learning should also learn that motivation it’s not a must for it to be from outside, but they can do it themselves.
