Resettlement dispute and leverage use to control it
As the manager of the Camp Performing Arts Center, I would assign the useless performing group to the inventory control that is involved in the venue’s supplies and equipment to assign the contact to this team. The promoter in the group would thus make a contract of the event to the group .the contract sign would attach whichever way the group wishes to avoid the event settlements process.
I would then use the settlement timing of the stadium in the event settlement with the promoter that would withhold rent and expenses from their ticket receipts to collect the amount that would equal the developer’s financial obligation (21)
Resolving the issue
The most critical aspect to consider in addressing the process in the event settlement between the promoter, typical settlement timing of the useless show performance, part-time labor of ushering tickets, merchandise sells, the accounts receivable and payable, and the cash management.
