The course on Comprehensive Project impacted me with the basics of how to plan, manage and end a project by applying techniques and using tools as in the Project Management Body of Knowledge and Project Management Institute (Menken, 2012). In the course, I learned that a strategic marketing plan should be viewed as a project, and a project manager should develop a plan that; address quality, appropriate communication, risk management, resource allocation, time management, and prevents specific problems associated with projects.

Significance of Intellipath Assignments (Unit 1-4)

By completing the assignments, my ability and skills to share opinions among colleagues through discussion improved as I strived to get a better performance in the project. The questions in the intellipath assignment helped me in the mystery of the course through the continuous review of what we already studied. It was not problematic for me to leverage intellipath tasks because, until today, I enjoy the training method. Besides, Unit 5 of the Comprehensive Project increases my ability to recognizing weak and ethical business practices through the use of Strength Weakness Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis (Menken, 2012).

With the knowledge I currently have on strategic management, I can make use of various technologies and strategies to effectively manage the organization. Also, I can conduct a critical analysis of the interactions that take place with customers to ensure that we retain the current customers by meeting their preferences and promoting increased sales (Navimipour & Soltani, 2016). To achieve customer loyalty, I guarantee that we consider customer’s feedback as part of our decision making, which results in creating reliable and complementary products. With the current success in management, I feel motivated to advance more in the management section.

 

Role of Technology in Supporting Customer Relationship Management Plan

 

Increased advancement in technology has simplified the interactions between the company and our customers. Through the company Websites, it easier for customers to give their feedback on the products and services offered to them.

Besides, the method of communication is quicker, and this may attract more feedback from customers. Moreover, technology dictates a lower pricing strategy due to the internal reduction of cost entailing staff and processes, which are otherwise replaced by technology (Navimipour & Soltani, 2016).
