Total Assignment Points 20 The purpose of this assignment is to improve your critical thinking skills and develop an understanding of the world from a sociological perspective. In this assignment you will address a Social/Political issue of your choice. After you pick your Social/Political issue, define and incorporate one of the major sociological theories (Functional, Conflict, or Symbolic)… using at least three (continuing) sentences to define the theory of your choice) with the political/social issue of your choice. {There is no correct theory of the three choices I gave you, just justify the theory you pick} Next you will incorporate 20 sociological terms or concepts you learned in this class. Note, you need to use the terms correctly. You can use any terms that we used in the first eight chapters. The objective here is to use sociological language in the discussion of your issue.
