  1. Proper nutrition: During menopause, you have to take particular care of your diet. You have to consume more green leafy vegetables, fruits, and other vegetables. Eating those foods which contain more calcium and antioxidants would be beneficial for you. During menopause, your bones start getting weaker, and the aging mechanism gets activated highly.   2. Exercise regularly: If you exercise with regularity, then your body remains fit. This becomes even more important during menopause since the protection offered by estrogen to your heart and bones decreases highly. Estrogen plays a significant role in our bodies.
