Prudence, justice, and self-care must be a priority.

Virtue is generally a moral trait that makes a person live well with society.

The outcome to both the employer and employees on the resolution recommended are:

The employer will have the employees who can freely express their views and make the recommendations that are productive to the organization. The employees, on the other hand, will have a free working environment where they can freely express themselves. All these will enhance a good working environment for both parties.

Resolution of the ethical dilemma

Morality and virtue require freedom of action. The virtue authority is not the strength of authority. When a person is forced to do or not to do a given thing, this action tends to cover the attractiveness of the action.  Since freedom of speech must be preserved.

In line with one’s judgement, freedom of expression must be granted by the employers.

The way to ensure that society is morally right is through employing this virtue framework. This will be through helping the members to do the right actions to other people instead of using regulations and laws in preventing or deterring immoral activities.
