The ethics in any society defines how well the life of the people in the organization is. The ethical frameworks which can be used to solve the ethical dilemma include the utilitarian framework, virtue framework, and the deontological framework. This paper entails the ways in which virtue framework can be used in solving the case of freedom of expression in the organization.

Employees in the united states do not legally have the right to the employee’s freedom of expression question is should they have both the moral and the legal right. There is no law that grants the right against employers in most workplaces be it the constitutional or law. Private employers never respect the right to an individual political speech.

The employer will have the employees who can freely express their views and make the recommendations that are productive to the organization. The employees, on the other hand, will have a free working environment where they can freely express themselves. All these will enhance a good working environment for both parties.

Morality and virtue require freedom of action. The virtue authority is not the strength of authority. When a person is forced to do or not to do a given thing, this action tends to cover the attractiveness of the action.  Since freedom of speech must be preserved.
