advantages that are available for the students who graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business
The notion that if a person graduates with a bachelor’s degree is a loss and that one will tarmac for many years in search of a job is a lie. I tend to disagree with such claims. Many students who had an interest in pursuing their degree in the line of business have changed their minds and gotten into other different careers because of false claims that they have heard connected to the business field. People think that many workers have flooded the business environments leaving no space for more jobs. This essay will discredit these claims and reveal the many advantages that are available for the students who graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business.
Firstly, the students that have graduated in the business sector have a more significant advantage than those who do not have the skills. This is to say, and if one has graduated, then there will be less competition in the job sector. Therefore, the claim that a person will not get a well-paying job after graduation is a lie. The graduate students are better positioned than those that have not graduated. When a student gets employed in a financial field like the banks, then he or she can acquire good pay that can lead them to settle down the academic loan and live a good life. Secondly, a graduate can decide to start their small businesses that can grow into bigger ones .many graduate students have started their companies that have flourished to big companies just from a humble beginning. This is to say that a person can become an entrepreneur from the skills gotten academically. The wealthiest people are those people that are self-employed. Many students that have done a degree in business have great ideas that can be used to start businesses that end up creating jobs even for other people. This means that they become of benefit not only to themselves but also to the community. Therefore students should be motivated that after they have graduated from college, apart from the many job opportunities waiting for them, they can also use the skills learned to create their jobs.
More so, business fields are rising and expanding every day. These fields are always looking for young skilled, and well trained energetic youths to work in such sectors. This is the reason why I don’t believe that there are no jobs for the graduates that have done business. The research shows that they have a higher probability of being employed than those who graduated from the Bachelor of Arts. The earning is also high for the students that work in the business sectors like the industries. The graduates have got fresh minds and are useful at solving problems that arise, thus making them have more significant advantages of maintaining their jobs even when the others are being retrenched.
In summary, I can say that claims that students who graduate from campuses do not get jobs fast are a big lie. These are people who have many advantages compared to those others who have just graduated from the other fields. The reason being, students of business, can create their jobs without necessarily waiting to be employed. More so, they possess skills that make them stand out from the others in the job sectors, giving them an upper hand. Therefore I do encourage students not to fear but peruse their degrees in business with a positive attitude knowing that great opportunities await them and claims about lack of employments holds no water.
