Xavier Tiza Gonzales Biography I began playing the guitar at about age 14. My main inspiration for playing came from watching the great Stevie Ray Vaughan on a television show from Austin Texas called Austin City Limits. After only two years of playing with limited instruction, I joined what would be the band I was a member of for over 12 years, “Origen”, later to be named “Origen Latino” (one of my most memorable experiences). The music we played consisted of a wide variety of Latin music, and a country song here and there. Effect of Priming upon Perception of Ambiguous Figure Abstract The main aim of the study is to determine how different people perceive obscure statistics. The results showed that the mean in the prime group was slightly higher. Introduction Priming is the / memory effect occurring when a person is exposed to a stimulus that can influence the response of the later stimulus. Priming is, therefore, a psychological technique that is often used to train different individual’s memory in both positive and negative / direction (Brascamp, Pels & Kristjánsson, 2011). Research shows that different images that can cause different interpretation have created psychological curiosity for an extended period of time and many other research articles and researchers explain there are different cognitive processes and memory process that help/explain how one image can be arranged and interpreted in more than one way (Davey, 2019). There are different procedures and various methods that can be used to determine the effects of priming and how they affect memory (Myers & DeWall, 2018). This research was conducted to identify the impact of priming upon…
My reflection Description My reflection is about Mrs A, an 83 year old catholic born in Waitorara. She is a retiree who spent most of her time as a singer. She also worked as a bank teller at one point. She had a stroke and Alzheimers that made her unable to tend to herself. This made her general practitioner to refer her to Howick Baptist Hospital for admission, examination, and treatment. At the hospital, it was indeed confirmed that she had Alzheimers, Depression and Hypertension. After the passing on of her husband, she could no longer be attended from her home. She was taken to the hospital and had to stay there. Over time, she got accustomed to the place and felt comfortable. She could at times sing for the hospital staff. She finally had confidence in the doctors that she could reveal her private information and the doctors kept it confidential. Despite her condition and long stay in the hospital, 3 years down the line, she still feels loved by those around her. Feelings I have been distressed by…

Behind Mass Shootings For this research proposal, I will be talking about these questions: What causes mass shootings? What is behind the mass shooter? and What motivates mass shootings? Throughout this research, I hope to get these questions answered but not just in my view but from other perspectives too. I believe that there is always more than one side to a story. This past year I have been really interested in this. It all started out at the Miss America’s Miss Indiana Pageant. During the interview, the majority of the questions were about this topic and I did not seem to know much about it so after that I decided to put more thought into and learn more about it and this research proposal is the perfect way to do that. I also realized that this topic has been becoming more and more talked about and I really need to get learning about it because there is always something on the news about it and it is always talked about in public events like the Miss America Pageants.…

Quarterly lockdown drills: Each drill must be a different simulated situation at a different time. (Ex: October 3 at 2:00 p.m. a parent walks into the front office demanding to see their child. The parent tells the secretary at the desk they are armed). A full school evacuation: Provisions should be made for how busses will be loaded. Where will the reunification point be? How will…
